ABOUT DELMEXA VISION
Delmexa Vision is a local discovery and business-directory platform focused primarily on Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
The platform may enable users to:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Delmexa Vision is an information and discovery platform. We are not automatically the owner, employer, partner, agent, representative or service provider of businesses listed on the website.
ELIGIBILITY
You may use the website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using it under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.
If you submit information on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to act for that business or organisation and to accept these Terms on its behalf.
DIRECTORY INFORMATION
Business listings may be submitted by:

NO ENDORSEMENT
The appearance of a business, professional, product, service, review, rating, badge, category position or link on Delmexa Vision does not automatically mean that we:
• Endorse or recommend the business

• Verify every licence or qualification
• Guarantee the identity of the provider
• Guarantee prices or availability
• Accept responsibility for the business
• Have a partnership with the business
Featured, promoted or sponsored placements should be identified where applicable. Placement or visibility does not constitute a guarantee of quality, suitability or legal compliance.
BUSINESS LISTING SUBMISSIONS
When submitting or claiming a business listing, you agree that:
• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have authority to submit and publish the information
• Business contact details are intended for public display
• Images, logos and content do not infringe third-party rights
• The business and its services comply with applicable law
• You will not create duplicate, misleading or fake listings
• You will not impersonate another business
• You will promptly request correction when information changes
• You will cooperate with reasonable verification requests
We may verify, edit, categorise, format, approve, reject, suspend or remove a listing at our discretion, particularly where information is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, unlawful, abusive, unverifiable or inconsistent with these Terms.
Submission does not guarantee publication.
LISTING VERIFICATION
We may request reasonable evidence to verify:
• Business ownership or authority
• Business address
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Website or social profile
• Professional qualification or licence
• Permission to use a logo or image
• Authenticity of a correction or removal request
A verification step does not constitute a legal, financial, technical or quality certification by Delmexa Vision.
USER REVIEWS AND RATINGS
Where reviews are enabled, reviews must reflect a genuine and relevant experience.
You must not submit:
• Fake or fabricated reviews
• Reviews for a business you have not genuinely interacted with
• Reviews posted in exchange for undisclosed payment, gifts or incentives
• Reviews created by business owners, employees or competitors without clear disclosure
• Multiple reviews intended to manipulate a rating
• Threatening, abusive, hateful or discriminatory content
• False allegations presented as established facts
• Personal attacks unrelated to the service
• Confidential information
• Private residential addresses or unnecessary personal data
• Content copied from another source
• Advertising, spam or irrelevant links
• Content that violates law or third-party rights
We may moderate, reject, hide or remove reviews. We are not required to publish every submission.
Where reasonable, we may permit a business to respond to a review or submit supporting information. We are not a court or consumer tribunal and do not determine complex factual disputes.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT LICENCE
You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit.
By submitting listing text, reviews, images, logos or other content, you grant Delmexa Vision a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for display, publish, distribute and use that content for operating, promoting and improving the directory.
This licence continues for as long as the content is used on the platform and for a reasonable period in backups, records and dispute-management systems.
You represent that you own the content or have permission to grant this licence.
PROHIBITED USE
You must not:
• Use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false, deceptive or impersonating information
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data without written permission
• Use automated bots to overload or disrupt the website
• Probe, scan or test website security without authorisation
• Attempt to access administrative areas or other users’ data
• Upload malware, harmful code or malicious links
• Circumvent security, moderation or access restrictions
• Manipulate rankings, reviews, ratings or listing visibility
• Collect personal information for spam or harassment
• Copy substantial parts of the directory to create a competing database
• Use Delmexa Vision branding without permission
• Interfere with website functionality
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Delmexa Vision
• Publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory or abusive content
We may block, restrict or report activity that appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.
BUSINESS-CONSUMER RELATIONSHIPS
Any communication, purchase, booking, appointment, payment, delivery, refund, cancellation, warranty or service arrangement between a user and a listed business is primarily between those parties.
Before making a transaction, users should independently verify:
• Business identity
• Address and contact details
• Licences or qualifications
• Prices and taxes
• Availability
• Payment terms
• Cancellation and refund rules
• Warranty terms
• Service scope
• Safety requirements
Delmexa Vision is not responsible for a listed business’s acts, omissions, products, advice, pricing, service quality, delays, cancellation, refund decisions or legal compliance unless Delmexa Vision is expressly identified as the contracting service provider for a particular transaction.
PAYMENTS
Unless a specific Delmexa Vision service expressly states otherwise, Delmexa Vision does not process payments between users and listed businesses.
Never send OTPs, banking PINs, passwords or full payment-card credentials through a listing, review, contact or enquiry form.
If paid listings, advertising, subscriptions or other paid Delmexa Vision services are introduced, the applicable price, billing period, taxes, cancellation terms and refund conditions should be disclosed before payment.
ENQUIRIES AND COMMUNICATIONS
When you submit an enquiry, we may use the supplied details to respond, administer the request or connect the request with an appropriate business where this is clearly requested or reasonably expected.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee:
• A response
• Service availability
• Acceptance by a business
• A particular price
• A successful booking or transaction
• The quality or suitability of the response
You are responsible for checking the identity and terms of any person who contacts you.
SAVED PLACES
The Saved Places feature is provided for convenience.
Saved information may be stored through the browser or other technical storage and may be lost when:
• Browser data is cleared
• Cookies or local storage are disabled
• A device or browser is changed
• Website functionality is updated
• Technical problems occur
We do not guarantee permanent storage or synchronisation of saved places.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Delmexa Vision name, platform design, website layout, original graphics, software, source code, database arrangement and original website content are owned by or licensed to Delmexa Vision and are protected under applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party business names, logos, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in a directory listing does not transfer ownership to Delmexa Vision.
You may use the website for personal and lawful business-discovery purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, licence, scrape, distribute or commercially exploit a substantial part of the website without written permission.
COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARK COMPLAINTS
If you believe content on Delmexa Vision infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, contact us with:
